Kusum arrives at the wedding later bringing the police with her to arrest Kartik and Aman and stay the night despite the family’s pleas. He disguises himself as the bride that Shankar finds fishy, when Kartik reveals himself. Kusum steals Sunaina’s jewelry and elopes, leaving a letter for Aman that Kartik reads. They try to understand that they don’t want a halfhearted marriage for Aman, but continue to stay willfully blind. On the wedding date, Shankar and Sunaina learn of the Supreme Court’s decision to decriminalize homosexuality. Kartik tries to stop him, but Aman has no choice. Kartik is almost beaten up and in order to save his life, Aman agrees to marry Kusum. On reaching home, Shankar and Sunaina try to “cleanse” Aman off this stupidity which Kartik and Google try to stop. Kusum suggests to Aman that they can marry but will continue to meet their respective lovers in Delhi as she is already in love with Rakesh.
Google tries to die at the railway station where Kartik too is whisked off to, and manages to convince Google that she has the support while she convinces Kartik to win Aman back.
Ashok refuses to marry Google due to Aman’s sexuality, while Aman’s parents remain unconvinced of it and instead try to blackmail their son into marrying Kusum. Kartik accompanies the family and Shankar spots Aman and Kartik kissing on the train to the wedding venue, thereby warning Aman to stay away from Kartik.Īt the wedding, Aman and Kartik share a kiss publicly that wreaks havoc in the venue. Aman’s parents, Shankar and Sunaina, intend to marry Aman off to Kusum, the daughter of a family friend, with whom they want to finalize the talks during Aman’s cousin, Google’s wedding.
